我有款產(chǎn)品被客戶投訴,買(mǎi)家投訴稱(chēng):商品存商品破損/瑕疵,商品送達(dá)時(shí)無(wú)法正常使用,或在送達(dá)一段時(shí)間后無(wú)法正常使用,沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期功能或與預(yù)期用途不兼容。

目前這款產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)被下架。后臺(tái)里面的【賬戶狀況】里面的【商品狀況買(mǎi)家投訴】 有一個(gè)感嘆號(hào)。

我按照業(yè)績(jī)通知里的要求,提交了2封申訴信(發(fā)票,采購(gòu)合同,收據(jù)都有同時(shí)附上),但是都沒(méi)給?過(guò),并且亞馬遜在第二次的申訴信后回復(fù)我說(shuō)不再回復(fù)任何消息(在這種情況下,如果我再提交申訴,亞馬遜會(huì)暫停我的賬號(hào)嗎),具體如下:

b. Create inventory removal orders. We will collect the recent quantity of all returned products, remove them to our overseas warehouse, and ship them to China for troubleshooting, to optimize product defects.
