近日收到一個商品狀況買家投訴，收到亞馬遜郵件內(nèi)容如下：

Customers complained that the item they received was in the wrong language, or was a different country version from what they ordered. 這種情況下，申訴的話肯定要優(yōu)先從針對這個問題來申訴，解釋一下為什么會發(fā)生這種情況，之后的補(bǔ)救措施是什么預(yù)防措施是什么。
這個還是很好申訴的，但是需要抓緊處理，不然鏈接下架了可能會更麻煩一點(diǎn)
