我們收到了亞馬遜關于我們的商品詳情頁面上的運費波動的投訴。亞馬遜上列出的商品必須遵守所有適用的法律法規(guī)以及亞馬遜的政策。根據(jù)亞馬遜的建議,我們已經(jīng)徹底調(diào)查了這個問題。
-詳細說明違反上述政策的根本原因:
我們的員工都是新人。他們不了解亞馬遜的規(guī)則和政策,波動的運費包括但不限于重復更改模板上的運費,因為她們設置價格的時候,沒有根據(jù)我們的利潤率來定價,所以我們要求他們在運費模板做出修改,而他們對運費模板都不了解,所以導致了商品詳情頁面上的運費波動的投訴。
-確認我們的 ASIN 的運費不會繼續(xù)波動:
1.要求新人沒有培訓的情況下不得擅自改動運費模板,對于之前違反的新人,罰款500元。
