產品外觀侵權,跟版權方溝通后他們同意我繼續(xù)賣,但是寫郵件給亞馬遜撤訴,亞馬遜沒通過怎么辦?
跟他們溝通后,他們同意我繼續(xù)賣。
但是寫郵件給亞馬遜撤訴,卻不通過。撤訴郵件就是寫的經過溝通與賣家達成協(xié)議,現(xiàn)在撤銷對賣家的投訴。
亞馬遜回復的是這樣的郵件:
Hello, Thank you for submitting your retraction, but we are unable to process it for the following reason: Your email does not confirm an error has taken place. We are unable to accept additional criteria on retractions, such as restrictions. If you intend to retract your original complaint, please resubmit your retraction. To allow the seller to sell on the ASIN once more, please submit your retraction to notice-dispute@amazon.com.
