產(chǎn)品外觀侵權(quán),跟版權(quán)方溝通后他們同意我繼續(xù)賣,但是寫(xiě)郵件給亞馬遜撤訴,亞馬遜沒(méi)通過(guò)怎么辦?
跟他們溝通后,他們同意我繼續(xù)賣。
但是寫(xiě)郵件給亞馬遜撤訴,卻不通過(guò)。撤訴郵件就是寫(xiě)的經(jīng)過(guò)溝通與賣家達(dá)成協(xié)議,現(xiàn)在撤銷對(duì)賣家的投訴。
亞馬遜回復(fù)的是這樣的郵件:
Hello, Thank you for submitting your retraction, but we are unable to process it for the following reason: Your email does not confirm an error has taken place. We are unable to accept additional criteria on retractions, such as restrictions. If you intend to retract your original complaint, please resubmit your retraction. To allow the seller to sell on the ASIN once more, please submit your retraction to notice-dispute@amazon.com.
