因?yàn)樵斍轫撁枋鰡栴},不知道什么時(shí)候被系統(tǒng)添加了屬性-開關(guān)方式“remote“,圖片,描述,標(biāo)題,都是沒有提到remote的。估計(jì)是客人買去,然后向亞馬遜投訴了,被亞馬遜判定為瑕疵品,如何申訴

We identified following issue with the inventory? - The item is missing the? remote control.
Attached are images of the affected units. Please review the images and verify the issue. Please choose one of the following options within 48 hours to let us know how you would like to proceed:
1. Create a removal order and have your inventory returned to you
2. You wish our fulfillment centers to move only units missing parts to unfulfillable.

之后case二次回復(fù),承認(rèn)你之前鏈接有remote的信息,對買家造成誤解,目前你已經(jīng)更新了前臺信息?不再包含遙控器信息,對后續(xù)買家的銷售不存在錯(cuò)誤引導(dǎo)的問題,并且產(chǎn)品實(shí)物本身也是沒有遙控器的,因此符合銷售要求。
并解釋你以后如何避免這類問題再次發(fā)生,比如培訓(xùn)員工鏈接編寫能力、對鏈接信息審查,定期對鏈接信息與產(chǎn)品參數(shù)的匹配檢查,建立審查監(jiān)督制度等等。
