1.先回顧下最近的操作，最近有沒有得罪什么人，比如測評沒返款，低價跟賣別人的鏈接，比如離職的員工搞事情
從源頭找到問題，聯(lián)系對方刪掉差評，別人跟你無冤無仇，為什么要給你上直評差評，這肯定是有事情沒解決，這些事無非就是錢上面的事，都是能解決的，不然店鋪不出單，如果被亞馬遜查到操縱評價，損失更大
如果確定找不到這個方面的原因，那就只能走亞馬遜上刪差評的路子

2.亞馬遜上刪差評的路子有好幾個
A.每天沒事多點 直評差評的Report abuse，呀不要找服務(wù)商搞這個事情，他們用多賬號去點了之后，明明沒有操縱評價的，這下被抓了，用自己的賣家號去點就好了，說不定次數(shù)多了，亞馬遜就處理了
B.開郵件Case找對應(yīng)的團(tuán)隊處理，普通的客服沒有權(quán)限解決這個事情的，去幫助/我要開店/商品、商品信息或庫存/商品評論 這個路徑寫郵件，按照這個模板去寫

3，如果還是去不掉，建議先等等，亞馬遜會自己掃描，掃到這些直評差評，也就掉了，因為他們上直評差評的賬號也是買的，不靠譜的，很快就會因為上直評被封，評價也就沒有了。如果競爭手上一直在上，你又沒有 有效率的辦法去掉，那他上的速度大于你去掉或者上好評的速度，這種也不好，建議緩緩，等那個人沒勁了，不鬧了，再上好評和想辦法去差評，
