1.先回顧下最近的操作,最近有沒(méi)有得罪什么人,比如測(cè)評(píng)沒(méi)返款,低價(jià)跟賣別人的鏈接,比如離職的員工搞事情
從源頭找到問(wèn)題,聯(lián)系對(duì)方刪掉差評(píng),別人跟你無(wú)冤無(wú)仇,為什么要給你上直評(píng)差評(píng),這肯定是有事情沒(méi)解決,這些事無(wú)非就是錢上面的事,都是能解決的,不然店鋪不出單,如果被亞馬遜查到操縱評(píng)價(jià),損失更大
如果確定找不到這個(gè)方面的原因,那就只能走亞馬遜上刪差評(píng)的路子

2.亞馬遜上刪差評(píng)的路子有好幾個(gè)
A.每天沒(méi)事多點(diǎn) 直評(píng)差評(píng)的Report abuse,呀不要找服務(wù)商搞這個(gè)事情,他們用多賬號(hào)去點(diǎn)了之后,明明沒(méi)有操縱評(píng)價(jià)的,這下被抓了,用自己的賣家號(hào)去點(diǎn)就好了,說(shuō)不定次數(shù)多了,亞馬遜就處理了
B.開(kāi)郵件Case找對(duì)應(yīng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)處理,普通的客服沒(méi)有權(quán)限解決這個(gè)事情的,去幫助/我要開(kāi)店/商品、商品信息或庫(kù)存/商品評(píng)論 這個(gè)路徑寫(xiě)郵件,按照這個(gè)模板去寫(xiě)

3,如果還是去不掉,建議先等等,亞馬遜會(huì)自己掃描,掃到這些直評(píng)差評(píng),也就掉了,因?yàn)樗麄兩现痹u(píng)差評(píng)的賬號(hào)也是買的,不靠譜的,很快就會(huì)因?yàn)樯现痹u(píng)被封,評(píng)價(jià)也就沒(méi)有了。如果競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手上一直在上,你又沒(méi)有 有效率的辦法去掉,那他上的速度大于你去掉或者上好評(píng)的速度,這種也不好,建議緩緩,等那個(gè)人沒(méi)勁了,不鬧了,再上好評(píng)和想辦法去差評(píng),
