From your email, I understand that you would like to reinstate ASIN: B0XXXXXXXX.
Upon further investigation, If you believe that this product should not be subject to the recall, please write back to us attaching a signed letter of compliance. Your letter of compliance should include:
* the ASIN, UPC/EAN, and name of the product in question
* a statement of why you believe the product is not subject to the recall
* manufacture logo and letterhead
* Manufacture Quality Teams signature
A statement of how the product is not subject to the recall. For example, You should describe how the corrected product can be differentiated from the recalled version e.g. new serial numbers, manufactured after X day, etc. Unaffected batch codes and lot numbers will not be reinstated until the Amazon recalls team is satisfied that all inventory on the ASIN, regardless of seller, has been removed.
Once we receive your letter, we will pass it on to the appropriate team. They will investigate your request and we will contact you with their decision
