BFL2倉(cāng)庫(kù)9月10號(hào)送達(dá),一直沒接收,現(xiàn)在貨件狀態(tài)都顯示關(guān)閉了,亞馬遜也不賠償。有送這個(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的嗎,一起分享下目前情況。
關(guān)閉后,所有SKU都顯示已清點(diǎn)并完成調(diào)查,全是0,我也無(wú)法在物品信息頁(yè)面提交資料讓他們賠償。開case給了簽字的POD和裝箱單也是不回復(fù),好好的一票貨就這樣沒了。。。

還有一個(gè)情況是已經(jīng)接收了,但是被倉(cāng)庫(kù)放在一邊了,這個(gè)時(shí)候可以試試催上架的技巧。1)到貨后前端是預(yù)留狀態(tài),用買家號(hào)去跟客服說,我們覺得這個(gè)產(chǎn)品很好,但是配送時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)之類的,平臺(tái)是注重買家體驗(yàn)的,所以他們會(huì)去反饋處理。所以買家號(hào)非常重要,非常重要!大家有條件都要養(yǎng)起來(lái),攻防必備。
2)申請(qǐng)尺寸測(cè)量,因?yàn)樵谵D(zhuǎn)運(yùn),測(cè)量沒庫(kù)存,他們也會(huì)加速
3)反饋貼錯(cuò)標(biāo),讓亞馬遜預(yù)留幫忙拍照,這個(gè)是允許的。也是同2道理,沒庫(kù)存,他們也會(huì)處理.
4)開case聯(lián)系客服, 同步開品牌團(tuán)隊(duì)的case, 說產(chǎn)品是季節(jié)性產(chǎn)品,轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中嚴(yán)重影響顧客的購(gòu)物體驗(yàn), 催促幫忙上架.?
