7月27號來的郵件，這是什么類型的視頻驗證？而且郵件里提示一沒有時間期限，二沒有說明后果，鏈接打開了說我目前可能不符合參與虛擬身份驗證的資格？

虛擬視頻比增強型視頻難度指數(shù)更高，一開始我們沒怎么上心，后面我們公司因此掛了幾個號。做體檢的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)視頻驗證不通過的原因：比如法人在回答問題的時候看向旁邊，回答XX個別問題不太準(zhǔn)確，這些這么細(xì)致的問題都寫上去了。
附件是我們整理的關(guān)于二次視頻的問題，里面的試題我們是整合了很多版本的，也有fws提供最新的。你可以安排法人去學(xué)習(xí)下，切記要熟記于心，不然風(fēng)險很大。如果郵件里面有寫《商業(yè)解決方案協(xié)議》第3條，這種甚至資金申訴都比較難的。需要注意的是，每次問的問題都不一樣，所以多看下不同的視頻驗證的問題總是好事。還需要根據(jù)自己店鋪的情況去整理拓展補充題庫。但是也不用太擔(dān)心，目前通過率 已經(jīng)提升很多了，各種問題也比較全了，服務(wù)商也有視頻認(rèn)證的培訓(xùn)，正常好好安排法人培訓(xùn)一兩周基本不會有問題。
