虛擬視頻比增強(qiáng)型視頻難度指數(shù)更高，一開始我們沒(méi)怎么上心，后面我們公司因此掛了幾個(gè)號(hào)。做體檢的時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)視頻驗(yàn)證不通過(guò)的原因：比如法人在回答問(wèn)題的時(shí)候看向旁邊，回答XX個(gè)別問(wèn)題不太準(zhǔn)確，這些這么細(xì)致的問(wèn)題都寫上去了。
附件是我們整理的關(guān)于二次視頻的問(wèn)題，里面的試題我們是整合了很多版本的，也有fws提供最新的。你可以安排法人去學(xué)習(xí)下，切記要熟記于心，不然風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很大。如果郵件里面有寫《商業(yè)解決方案協(xié)議》第3條，這種甚至資金申訴都比較難的。需要注意的是，每次問(wèn)的問(wèn)題都不一樣，所以多看下不同的視頻驗(yàn)證的問(wèn)題總是好事。還需要根據(jù)自己店鋪的情況去整理拓展補(bǔ)充題庫(kù)。但是也不用太擔(dān)心，目前通過(guò)率 已經(jīng)提升很多了，各種問(wèn)題也比較全了，服務(wù)商也有視頻認(rèn)證的培訓(xùn)，正常好好安排法人培訓(xùn)一兩周基本不會(huì)有問(wèn)題。
