2、商標(biāo)注冊(cè)證明（TM標(biāo)的商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)回執(zhí)，或者R標(biāo)的商標(biāo)證書(shū)）
3、采購(gòu)合同（自己做的采購(gòu)單合同，蓋上店鋪主體的公章和供貨方的公章），這個(gè)是對(duì)應(yīng)勾選你截圖里的“我與生產(chǎn)該品牌下的大多數(shù)商品的第三方制造商簽訂了合同”
4、采購(gòu)發(fā)票（對(duì)應(yīng)采購(gòu)合同里面的公司及產(chǎn)品數(shù)量）
5、商品包裝圖6面圖（上面有自己的商標(biāo)，是發(fā)票里對(duì)應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品）
