2、商標(biāo)注冊證明（TM標(biāo)的商標(biāo)申請回執(zhí)，或者R標(biāo)的商標(biāo)證書）
3、采購合同（自己做的采購單合同，蓋上店鋪主體的公章和供貨方的公章），這個是對應(yīng)勾選你截圖里的“我與生產(chǎn)該品牌下的大多數(shù)商品的第三方制造商簽訂了合同”
4、采購發(fā)票（對應(yīng)采購合同里面的公司及產(chǎn)品數(shù)量）
5、商品包裝圖6面圖（上面有自己的商標(biāo)，是發(fā)票里對應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品）
