在6月1日,case里突然收到一封標(biāo)題為”Your Brand Registry - 品牌名“的case,并且在業(yè)績(jī)通知以及郵件內(nèi)均未收到這個(gè)信息,case內(nèi)容請(qǐng)見下文:

As part of our regular investigation, we would like your attention to the below email to avoid any further action on your Brand Registry for your Brand ''品牌名''.

We request that you provide the additional information and documents as explained in this email.

What is the next step?

Please review the information carefully and provide us with the necessary information and documents by 06/10/2022. You may respond to this email by entering your responses under the column ‘Your Response’ and attach documents as mentioned. Documents must be in the format .JPEG, PDF, .PNG, etc.

Why is the information or documents required?

Please note that Amazon performs investigation on Brands on regular basis to ensure the Brands are compliant with Amazon policies and thereby, we require the additional information and documents from you. Q2> Which of the two statements best describe the current manufacturing set-up for the brand? This is required so that we can guide you to upload the right documents which would aid our investigation process.
Option a: I have my own manufacturing set-up which manufactures majority of the products under the brand - Upload a scanned copy of the manufacturing certificate if you manufacture majority of the products under the brand. (Optional).
Option b: I have a contract with a third party manufacturer which manufactures majority of the products under the brand - Upload a scanned copy of the contract with the third party manufacturer. Enter N/A if you have your own manufacturing set-up.

Q3> Enter the website of your brand. (Enter N/A if you do not have a brand website)

Q4> Are any of your other brands currently sold on Amazon in any marketplace?
Option a. Yes - Enter the brand store link of all your brands on Amazon

5個(gè)問(wèn)題呀,這個(gè)和濫用行為差不多,我之前指導(dǎo)過(guò)一個(gè)過(guò)的。如果是新備案的被拒是可以再次備案的。但你這個(gè)掉的我不太清楚能否備案
