最近發(fā)現(xiàn)一家賣的產(chǎn)品的圖片跟我們的一模一樣，圖片之前就注冊(cè)了版權(quán)，版權(quán)權(quán)力者是店鋪法人名下的。投訴幾次都失敗了 (非惡搞)，回復(fù)的內(nèi)容是一樣。說(shuō)“投訴內(nèi)容與我的版權(quán)不符合”，如何進(jìn)行正確版權(quán)投訴？

為了避免對(duì)方店鋪被封或者有績(jī)效問(wèn)題，提前站內(nèi)發(fā)郵件跟對(duì)方說(shuō)明，但是對(duì)方未進(jìn)行下架或回復(fù)，店鋪公司名是 什么LLC結(jié)尾(不知道是不是美國(guó)賣家 地址顯示US的)。

老板就讓我發(fā)起版權(quán)投訴，但是投訴了幾次都失敗了。?
后臺(tái)投訴了2次，并升級(jí)投訴一次，回復(fù)的內(nèi)容是一樣。說(shuō)“投訴內(nèi)容與我的版權(quán)不符合”
也通過(guò)：https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/infringement?進(jìn)行投訴過(guò)，也失敗了。
版權(quán)申請(qǐng)的內(nèi)容是：photograph (圖像) ，版權(quán)權(quán)力者是店鋪法人名下的。
