最近發(fā)現(xiàn)一家賣的產(chǎn)品的圖片跟我們的一模一樣，圖片之前就注冊了版權(quán)，版權(quán)權(quán)力者是店鋪法人名下的。投訴幾次都失敗了 (非惡搞)，回復的內(nèi)容是一樣。說“投訴內(nèi)容與我的版權(quán)不符合”，如何進行正確版權(quán)投訴？

最近發(fā)現(xiàn)一家賣的產(chǎn)品的圖片跟我們的一模一樣，圖片之前就注冊了版權(quán)。

為了避免對方店鋪被封或者有績效問題，提前站內(nèi)發(fā)郵件跟對方說明，但是對方未進行下架或回復，店鋪公司名是什么LLC結(jié)尾(不知道是不是美國賣家地址顯示US的)。

老板就讓我發(fā)起版權(quán)投訴，但是投訴了幾次都失敗了。?
后臺投訴了2次，并升級投訴一次，回復的內(nèi)容是一樣。說“投訴內(nèi)容與我的版權(quán)不符合”
也通過：https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/infringement?進行投訴過，也失敗了。
版權(quán)申請的內(nèi)容是：photograph (圖像) ，版權(quán)權(quán)力者是店鋪法人名下的。
