連續(xù)收到惡意的版權和商標申訴，產(chǎn)品確實是一樣的，但是我們沒有在產(chǎn)品上使用他的logo，圖片也是，都是自己拍的自己的中性的產(chǎn)品。 對方也沒有這個產(chǎn)品的專利，已經(jīng)查過了。我如何反訴？

最近做的一個廚房類的產(chǎn)品接連收到一個美國品牌的投訴，先是圖片的版權投訴，然后是產(chǎn)品的商標投訴。
說實話，我們的產(chǎn)品確實是一樣的，但是我們沒有在產(chǎn)品上使用他的logo，圖片也是，都是自己拍的自己的中性的產(chǎn)品。
對方也沒有這個產(chǎn)品的專利，已經(jīng)查過了。
所以怎么應對這種沒有什么道理的投訴，反訴回去讓他沒法再騷擾我？

后來就花錢找服務商寫了一份商標侵權的申訴信，發(fā)給亞馬遜之后鏈接就恢復了，確實是流量和轉化大大下降，直接跌入谷底。
