連續(xù)收到惡意的版權(quán)和商標(biāo)申訴，產(chǎn)品確實(shí)是一樣的，但是我們沒有在產(chǎn)品上使用他的logo，圖片也是，都是自己拍的自己的中性的產(chǎn)品。 對(duì)方也沒有這個(gè)產(chǎn)品的專利，已經(jīng)查過了。我如何反訴？

最近做的一個(gè)廚房類的產(chǎn)品接連收到一個(gè)美國(guó)品牌的投訴，先是圖片的版權(quán)投訴，然后是產(chǎn)品的商標(biāo)投訴。
說實(shí)話，我們的產(chǎn)品確實(shí)是一樣的，但是我們沒有在產(chǎn)品上使用他的logo，圖片也是，都是自己拍的自己的中性的產(chǎn)品。
對(duì)方也沒有這個(gè)產(chǎn)品的專利，已經(jīng)查過了。
所以怎么應(yīng)對(duì)這種沒有什么道理的投訴，反訴回去讓他沒法再騷擾我？

后來就花錢找服務(wù)商寫了一份商標(biāo)侵權(quán)的申訴信，發(fā)給亞馬遜之后鏈接就恢復(fù)了，確實(shí)是流量和轉(zhuǎn)化大大下降，直接跌入谷底。
