收到重復創(chuàng)建鏈接得通知,ASIN變狗。已經更新了這兩個產品的信息,還提供發(fā)票,兩種不同包裝的產品,實拍。申訴還沒通過,都是機器人回復
這兩個ASIN確實都是我們店鋪的,
其實這兩個產品是不一樣的。(當時誤操作弄得兩個頁面確實相似度很高)
我們已經更新了這兩個產品的信息,包括title、bullet points、dsscription、圖片,part_number(當時注意到part_number是一摸一樣,現(xiàn)在已經更新成不一樣了)。我們還提供發(fā)票,兩種不同包裝的產品,實拍。申訴還沒通過,都是機器人回復。
我們也用了庫存模板選擇‘x’進行刪除24小時,重新上傳。確保兩個ASIN 信息完全不一樣。

①首先,重復創(chuàng)建問題的難度取決于你的誘發(fā)因素和具體情況,通常有兩種情況:
A/因失誤運營操作導致鏈接重復創(chuàng)建上架,兩條asin相關信息要素基本一致,一般鋪貨運營的賣家朋友操作信息量較多,觸發(fā)的情況較多;該類情況屬于實錘型重復創(chuàng)建問題,難度相對而言較大,對于亞馬遜的后臺asin記錄來說,即便后續(xù)編輯刷新相關五點詳情信息也很難通過申訴;
B/兩條創(chuàng)建asin有所區(qū)別,只是因類似度和重合度較高導致亞馬遜檢測判定為重復創(chuàng)建問題,該類情況相對而言通過率較高,因從審核機制理論來講屬于誤判現(xiàn)象,需要一定的申訴材料輔助申訴結合申訴信內容從后臺申訴入口提交嘗試申訴恢復;
②以你的描述來看更偏向于B類情況,該類情況的解決思路一般是從asin的差異性切入,亞馬遜判定你重復創(chuàng)建,自然就要解釋說明差異性,對重復性問題進行誤判抗訴,并且一般來講申訴材料為發(fā)票材料以及相關合同,收據(jù)等,另外從你收到的回復郵件內容來看,雖然你已經將發(fā)票上交,但是依然列出了缺失商品真?zhèn)涡宰C明即發(fā)票材料,故你開具的發(fā)票不符合亞馬遜審核要求,并沒有被亞馬遜審核團隊接受,另外行動計劃也有問題,亞馬遜的后臺是有下架asin的相關歷史記錄的,并不只是編輯刷新就可以直接恢復;
