為什么我的產(chǎn)品沒有類目排名,一直有大類小類排名、銷量一天10幾個,前段時間因為誤操作,把Listing刪除了,然后我手動恢復(fù)了過來,產(chǎn)品沒有類目排名會不會影響權(quán)重,都有哪些影響?
?前段時間因為誤操作,把Listing刪除了,然后我手動恢復(fù)了過來,,因為之前Listing編輯過多次,已經(jīng)記不清最后一次更新的內(nèi)容。所以恢復(fù)的Listing詳情頁和刪除前有小部分差別。? 待我恢復(fù)后,評價是完數(shù)回來了,但是排名沒了。。有10個子體,只有2-3個子體有排名。其他子體無排名。。。? 無排名的字體Listing發(fā)布日期也不會更新(我后臺明明寫的A日期,,但是前臺顯示的是B日期)
然后訂單情況,我心里感覺是變少了,,現(xiàn)在一天就幾個,但是我不確定是因為季節(jié)性還是因為競爭變大等不確定因素太多。。
搜索以前的幾個常見關(guān)鍵詞,還是能找到我的產(chǎn)品,,搜ASIN也能找到,,
我詢問了客服告訴我:

I have reviewed your concern and please know that the reason why sales rank missing on the detail page might be any of the below:
- Listing has to have a valid category assignment
- No orders placed for this item as of yet.?
On further search I see that the ASIN has no valid assignment hand hence no eligible for sales rank,?
However, please know that I have assigned a valid category to all the child AISNs and the parent ASIN.?
Please allow the changes 24 hours to process and 48 hours for the sales rank to reflect on the detail page.?

Case2:過了幾天,我換了個入口,重新開了個CASE回復(fù)如下,我產(chǎn)品有銷量,為什么會沒有排名呢
I understand that you would like to know why these ASINs: B0xxxxxxx, B0xxxxxxx and B0xxxxxxx are missing its sales rank on detail page.
We have checked and see that product is not eligible for a sales rank at this time. So that is the reason main sales rank and sub category sales rank are missing on detail page.
Our internal team will decide the sales rank for each and every product. As of now your product is not eligible for sales rank. In future it may change and have sales rank on detail page.
Further, we cannot share specific eligibility criteria for why sales rank is missing.
