德國STR1倉一共發(fā)了200件貨，2月8號火車發(fā)車，DPD官網(wǎng)3月7日顯示Unna (DE), In transit。但是貨件到關(guān)閉只上架了1箱貨，開了case提供了購買發(fā)票以及簽收證明，亞馬遜說調(diào)查已完成-已清點(diǎn)并確認(rèn)貨件內(nèi)容以及不是合作承運(yùn)商不賠，聯(lián)系貨代貨代說提供了簽收證明，證明了貨件確實被簽收了，是亞馬遜的原因一直不上架；英文case和德語case都嘗試了，回復(fù)都是一樣的，“When we receive shipments with quantity discrepancies, we automatically initiate a review on your behalf for the items. As part of this review, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked "Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed" when we have completed the review.

我們也是接近的時間，遇到了類似的情況，80多箱到DUS2，只上了2箱，也是Unna這里中轉(zhuǎn)，貨代提供了簽收單，然后發(fā)現(xiàn)分兩批送達(dá)的，3月8號80多箱，3月13號2箱，上架的應(yīng)該只有后送達(dá)的2箱。就從這個點(diǎn)入手，讓貨代聯(lián)系DPD調(diào)查，DPD就說送達(dá)了，開case問亞馬遜，回復(fù)在調(diào)查，無盡的等待....心好累。
