二次視頻認證問題：最近上半年注冊的賬號，要么二次視頻認證，要么直接掃號掛掉，是什么情況？有大神指點視頻是中文客服還是英文，問的什么問題嗎？

After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred times. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days. What happens if I do not sign-up for virtual identity verification?
