我們品牌A 和 品牌B 都已經(jīng)備案幾年了,四月份時(shí)候還用品牌A給另一個(gè)店鋪授權(quán)過。

這個(gè)月時(shí)候想再用品牌A給一個(gè)店鋪授權(quán)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)品牌本案頁面的品牌A不見了,只剩下一個(gè)B孤零零。

其它授權(quán)過的店鋪品牌備案頁面的品牌A也不見蹤影。
?
沒有收到小紅旗,也沒有收到郵件。

但品牌廣告和品牌店鋪的功能還可以使用。

1.結(jié)論:如果你的品牌在后臺丟失了 大概率是被亞馬遜判定此品牌違規(guī)(We reserve the right to decline applications where we have identified that the applicant has been involved in abusive conduct on our websites, or is related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct)
2.操作了什么導(dǎo)致此情況?回想自己是否授權(quán)給某賬號的某站點(diǎn)是已掛掉的狀態(tài)(記?。航o某賬號授權(quán)后如果某個(gè)站點(diǎn)掛掉 要及時(shí)取消該品牌的授權(quán) 否則會(huì)出現(xiàn)此情況)我自己之前是授權(quán)了一個(gè)UK賬號,但是德國因?yàn)閂AT的問題是掛掉的狀態(tài),授權(quán)后的當(dāng)時(shí)他是批準(zhǔn)了,但是一周后品牌就丟失了,包括品牌的主賬號子賬號全部去去除)
其他還包括此品牌濫用父體等因素
3.怎么處理?首先先去重新備案,部分重新備案會(huì)再次受理你的品牌注冊(前提是不嚴(yán)重的情況下)
如果遇到重新備案顯示已注冊,或者回復(fù)你一些品牌違規(guī)等永遠(yuǎn)機(jī)器性質(zhì)的回復(fù)。那么就去上訴。上訴后它會(huì)在你的后臺自動(dòng)形成一個(gè)CASE。大概5個(gè)工作日。主題為?Your appeal request XXXX品牌
4.那么上訴需要什么文件?如下
1 Are you the TM Owner of the brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, please attach a scanned copy of the TM with registration number and branding image (mandatory).
If No, attach a scanned PDF copy of the Letter of authorization confirming that you are authorized to enroll the TM XXXX into Brand Registry.

2 Are you the manufacturer of your Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, attach a scanned copy of a Manufacturing Certificate (Optional).
If No, attach a scanned copy of the manufacturing agreement with the manufacturer and a copy of the invoice from the manufacturer (mandatory).

3 Do you have a website for the Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website (mandatory).

4 Do you have any other brand/s already being sold on Amazon? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the Amazon Storefront link(s) (mandatory).

5 Do you sell products from the Brand on other websites/ecommerce sites apart from the Brand’s website? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website/s (mandatory).

6 Name of each product in your brand’s product line. If you sell 5 or more products in your product line, you may name any 5 of the products. (Mandatory).
