投訴跟賣導(dǎo)致自己鏈接變狗,撤訴不成功,給好幾個(gè)郵箱發(fā)郵件都不成功

如題,在沒有選擇自己鏈接情況下用品牌備案投訴了跟賣,下午自己鏈接就變狗,在后臺(tái)撤銷了申訴,回復(fù)如下:Hello,
Thank you for submitting your retraction, but we are unable to process it for the following reason:
-- Your email does not confirm an error has taken place. We are unable to accept additional criteria on retractions, such as restrictions. If you intend to retract your original complaint, please resubmit your retraction to notice-retraction@amazon.com or use the retraction function in Brand Registry.
同時(shí)給了這五個(gè)郵箱發(fā)過撤訴以及申訴郵件,其中3個(gè)顯示該郵箱地址不再使用,另外一個(gè)是印度郵箱,剩下一個(gè)不回復(fù)?;貜?fù)的內(nèi)容大致意思跟上面內(nèi)容一樣,來來回回折騰了一個(gè)多禮拜,開了無數(shù)個(gè)case,國(guó)內(nèi)客服一直說只能等,請(qǐng)問除此之外還有其他辦法嗎
PS:之前改過品牌名,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)沒有辦法把品牌改回去了
