美國站品牌備案后,投訴跟賣結(jié)果自己listing被下架,申訴無果,聯(lián)系客服想修改回原品牌名也無法修改,該如何解決?
我們先是提供資料申訴證明這個B品牌是我們備案過的,提供了備案caseID號和備案成功的截圖,要求亞馬遜解封ASIN,郵件發(fā)給了績效團(tuán)隊和listing-evaluation@amazon.com,他們回復(fù)“請看上一封郵件”。
后來準(zhǔn)備把品牌名再修改回A,承認(rèn)是我們篡改,但是運營用表格修改多次都無法成功,聯(lián)系客服修改時,客服又說這個品牌是我們備案了的,他們無權(quán)限把一個產(chǎn)品的品牌名從已經(jīng)備案的B修改成沒備案的A,讓我們再重新去聯(lián)系另外一個團(tuán)隊notice@amazon.com申訴。
這感覺像是一個死局。亞馬遜說我們是篡改,申訴無效,想修改成原品牌名也無法修改。
如果是聯(lián)系notice@amazon.com, 那就等于是聯(lián)系另外一個團(tuán)隊了,不知道希望如何。
求大神支招,該如何解決這個難題?
是應(yīng)該聯(lián)系notice@amazon.com重新申訴還是有別的辦法可以修改品牌名回A?
有人發(fā)生過類似情況嗎?都是如何解決的?是否是我們申訴提供的細(xì)節(jié)還不夠多?請大神指點。

The brand XXX in my listing is my own brand, and the brand I have already added Amazon. This ASIN xxx was once sold by other sellers, probably for this reason my listing has been removed In error
I have reported violation in: Jul 07,2019 5:30 PMT Jul 04,2019 5:16 PMT.(改成那天投訴的時間,郵件可以看到) Complaint ID: (投訴那次的ID) Then I received an email from listings-evaluation@amazon.com: ASIN: XXX Attribute Needing Correction: Brand.
I have learnt "Product detail page rules" in Seller Central Help, and carefully checked my listing. I have followed the instructions in the email to modify my product and product detail page to ensure they do not violate Amazon listing policies. Then I replied to the mail.
My listing has not violated amazon’s selling policies. I’m the owner of brand XXX,I’ve been following the products details page rules strictly,and i’ve carefully checked my list before I release the product to make sure they don't violate the Amazon listing policy. In the future I will continue to abide by Amazons rules.
Please check the attachments in the email, looking forward to your survey results, and please help me to reactivate my listing, thank you very much.Looking forward to your reply

根據(jù)賣家反饋,要給listing團(tuán)隊和績效團(tuán)隊分別寫信,亞馬遜最后的回復(fù)是恢復(fù)銷售。
