店鋪起初是收到一封版權(quán)侵權(quán)郵件 鏈接被下架 找了服務(wù)商咨詢 說(shuō)可以申訴 問(wèn)題不大，于是就交給他們處理了，過(guò)了一個(gè)月鏈接恢復(fù)正常，但估計(jì)他們是提交了DMCA， 現(xiàn)在店鋪因DMCA反侵權(quán)被封，問(wèn)了亞馬遜支持團(tuán)隊(duì) 說(shuō)是投訴方?jīng)]有撤訴 需要聯(lián)系投訴方撤訴，投訴方是美國(guó)一 知名游戲公司，不是亞馬遜公司。

4、一般這種知名美國(guó)公司，比較難同意撤訴

5、那就申訴店鋪了，就是濫用dmca店鋪被封的類型，通過(guò)率有，但是不高，假如申訴多次不通過(guò)，還有最后一條路，就是被封90天后申訴資金，要求法人能配合視頻認(rèn)證才行
?
6、如果撤訴，店鋪還是得去提交申訴信申訴，撤訴對(duì)于店鋪申訴有幫助，可以把對(duì)方同意撤訴的郵件和poa一起提交，會(huì)增加通過(guò)率
