2.什么是A9算法.

A9算法是一種排序算法，即亞馬遜通過對客戶的產(chǎn)品搜索、購買等行為進行精準記錄和分析, 從亞馬遜眾多的產(chǎn)品類目中里挑選出客戶搜索更為相關的產(chǎn)品，并根據(jù)相關性排序展示給客戶, 以確保客戶能盡快找到“想要購買的產(chǎn)品”。
Ps. 專業(yè)術語叫做追求最大化RPC（Revenue Per Customer買家收益）
對于RPC，其實就是考量產(chǎn)品是否符合顧客的需求,是否能激發(fā)顧客購買欲望，以及產(chǎn)品和服務是否能令顧客滿意愿意重復購買.
相關性——符合客戶搜索需要
轉(zhuǎn)化率——激發(fā)顧客的購買行為
滿意度&復購率——帶來極致客戶體驗
