德國VAT地址和后臺地址不一致：務(wù)局那邊是拼音地址，營業(yè)執(zhí)照和賣家后臺都是中文地址，具體應(yīng)該怎么解釋才能過關(guān)？除了要發(fā)賣家ID，VAT證書，還有什么東西給到亞馬遜稅務(wù)團隊那邊？有沒有模板回復(fù)可以發(fā)下參考

這幾天收到郵件說德國稅務(wù)局留存的公司地址和亞馬遜后臺的地址不一致，需要修改成一致的，不然有停售或者限制FBA的風(fēng)險。
核對了一下公司信息其實是一樣的，只不過稅務(wù)局那邊是拼音地址，營業(yè)執(zhí)照和賣家后臺都是中文地址。
查了很多這類信息，大多是說給亞馬遜稅務(wù)那邊發(fā)郵件說明，但是沒有提到具體應(yīng)該怎么解釋才能過關(guān)，畢竟我說明了一個是中文一個是拼音，可是外國人又不懂拼音，怎么能證明這個拼音是我的中文地址呢？

請問有沒有哪位朋友遇到類似情況，都是怎么處理的？就是這個支持文件，我除了要發(fā)賣家ID，VAT證書，還有什么東西給到亞馬遜稅務(wù)團隊那邊？有沒有模板回復(fù)可以發(fā)一下參考呢，感謝感謝！

如果地址其實是對的，但被稅務(wù)局給弄錯了，DE開頭的稅號證書地址被縮寫、簡寫、有空格或逗號等其他符號、郵編出錯、部分信息出 錯（樓號寫反...）" 等地址錯誤 ，請賣家使用英文寫郵件到?de-vat-number-appeals@amazon.com?說明情況并帶上DE證書，因為 DE證書就能證明儲存在Bzst的公司信息是什么，賣家用自己的郵箱去發(fā)，注明自己的賣家 ID。
然后我寫信的模板是如下 照搬請做一下修改哈 然后?附件附上你的稅務(wù)證明（這很重要很多賣家沒有附上?。。。┚托校?br /> ?

However, due to system technical problems of the German Tax Agency, the name and address on the VAT certificate cannot be exactly the same as the company address in Amazon Seller Central.
Because the Chinese company name and address are longer than the German address. Tax officials sometimes delete part of the address or rearrange the address, abbreviations, abbreviations, spaces or commas, etc. to facilitate their entry into the system
