CPC審核不過，麻煩大家?guī)臀铱纯磫栴}出在哪里，也希望我的經(jīng)歷給大家?guī)硪稽c(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Hello from Amazon Product Safety,
Thank you for your reinstatement request.
Unfortunately, the documentation provided is insufficient.
Despite the certificate provided states that the product has already been tested to all relevant sections of the ASTM F963-17 standard. (Physical and Mechanical Testing), we will require the test report itself showing all those sections along with CPSIA for revision. We currently only accept testing reports performed within the last year.

The product needs to be tested to all relevant sections of the ASTM F963-17 standard (Physical and Mechanical Testing).
Please ask the seller to have the lab perform an assessment to the standard section (7) Safety Aspects Related to Mechanical and Physical Properties and include their findings in the report.?
Once complete, please provide us with a copy of the complete report.

解答：電動(dòng)玩具的測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動(dòng)和電池部分的測(cè)試，若測(cè)試報(bào)告缺乏這項(xiàng)測(cè)試，會(huì)導(dǎo)致無法過審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個(gè)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目）

六、The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:

解答：美國(guó)進(jìn)口商信息是目前CPC證書最容易出錯(cuò)的原因之一，此條的解決方案目前有六種，但是涉及個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)，需要了解的可以咨詢。

七、 Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product

解答：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號(hào)和product description（產(chǎn)品描述）。導(dǎo)致此問題的原因是CPC模板有問題，無法與CPC測(cè)試報(bào)告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系。用正確的CPC證書模板修改即可解決。

八、In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

解答：上面我們說過，CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進(jìn)口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實(shí)際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測(cè)試報(bào)告是由檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過不了審核，此條很容易解決。

解答：在CPC證書上加上測(cè)試結(jié)果維護(hù)聯(lián)系人信息就可以了，很簡(jiǎn)單。
