賣了兩年的產(chǎn)品突然不可售，提示說(shuō)需要批準(zhǔn)才能銷售，但是又沒有通道入口進(jìn)行操作，請(qǐng)問(wèn)如何是好？

賣了兩年的產(chǎn)品突然不可售，后臺(tái)的狀態(tài)是“您的商品需要獲得批準(zhǔn)才能銷售”，但是點(diǎn)開“請(qǐng)求批準(zhǔn)”的按鈕后就沒有了任何通道進(jìn)行下一步，只寫著：“我們不接受以下銷售申請(qǐng)：其他商品；二手, 翻新, 收藏品 條件中標(biāo)記了 其他 鞋靴、手提包和太陽(yáng)鏡 分類”，但是我的產(chǎn)品很明顯也不是什么二手或者翻新之類的。

另外本產(chǎn)品和鏈接內(nèi)容可以確認(rèn)是沒有侵權(quán)的，賣了兩年了也沒有被投訴，品牌也已經(jīng)在亞馬遜上做了備案。問(wèn)過(guò)客服，國(guó)外客服以下回復(fù),請(qǐng)問(wèn)我是需要等待嗎？還是怎么樣做才能恢復(fù)鏈接的銷售？

I have checked and found that the listing are currently restricted to be sold on Amazon. This is the reason your listings are Inactive and not available in Amazon.com.

Please be informed that, Amazon places restrictions on certain categories to enable customers to shop with confidence on Amazon. Even if you have been approved by the certain brand owner and category, some times the units may be restricted to be sold on Amazon due to gating. Amazon will restrict some products to sale in the new condition status.

The restrictions will be placed for a variety of reasons. In situations where is a number of performance related issue for that ASINs, it will be restricted and only a certain group of sellers will be approved. Also there are some scenarios, where the restriction is applied as per manufacturer's request. As of now I regret Your account does not qualify and you are not eligible to list this product.

However, this is a temporary restriction and the listings for this ASINs may be approved to list in future. If it happens, you will be notified about it.
