上傳身份證之后受到郵件回復(fù)，無(wú)法確認(rèn)身份信息，需要上傳新的身份證明。

一開(kāi)始上傳身份證，正反面我是分開(kāi)上傳的兩個(gè)文件，系統(tǒng)一直回復(fù)無(wú)法驗(yàn)證。最后，我把身份證正反面放在一個(gè)PDF文件里面，上傳就通過(guò)了，樓主可以嘗試一下。
