品牌備案成功，但是一直沒有品牌分析和vine功能，求解求解，開了30多個case了?。?！

品牌分析和vine一直沒有辦法使用，回復(fù)的都是一樣的模板。從賣家中心聯(lián)系客服回復(fù)的是：Thank you for your interest in enhanced brand tools in Seller Central. Unfortunately, we are not able to approve you to use this feature at this time. The tool is only available to sellers who own a brand. This user must be internal to the brand and must be responsible for selling the brand’s products on Amazon. We were not able to verify that you meet these requirements.
我從品牌支持聯(lián)系客服，回復(fù)卻是讓我從賣家中心聯(lián)系他們，回復(fù)的一下內(nèi)容：Upon reviewing, I see that you have contacted us from your Brand Registry account. Please be informed that we will not be able to access/check and validate your seller central account to grant access to enhanced brand tools (Amazon Brand Analytics) until you contact us from your seller central account.
我都要昏過去了，case一直沒停過。最開始連a+和視頻，品牌旗艦店也沒有辦法使用，然后我開了case，和他們說明沒有辦法使用品牌的一系列功能也提及了品牌分析功能，之后就得到了他們?nèi)鐖D的回復(fù)，說是要等待48個小時，但是已經(jīng)過了十幾天了。a+和視頻，品牌旗艦店可以使用了，但是vine和品牌分析還是用不了。
之前有看到其他賣家提供了美國站非常好的解決辦法，見帖子?http://xrfireworks.com.cn/question/31899
但是英國站沒有辦法跳轉(zhuǎn)到所提到的鏈接中，有沒有已經(jīng)解決這個問題的小伙伴，求解，求解。
