歐洲品牌備案 VINE和品牌分析無(wú)法使用……VINE和品牌分析功能，是否要求品牌角色為 administrator或者right owner？

我的歐洲品牌是個(gè)人名義注冊(cè)的，歐洲站進(jìn)行了品牌備案，后臺(tái)也顯示備案了。單個(gè)品牌在單個(gè)店鋪備案的，不涉及其他店鋪
A+功能無(wú)法使用，開(kāi)CASE也很快解決了
品牌STORE也無(wú)法使用，開(kāi)CASE也很快解決了
但是VINE和品牌分析仍舊無(wú)法使用，開(kāi)了無(wú)數(shù)CASE，各個(gè)case回復(fù)的版本也都不一樣

1. VINE和品牌分析功能，是否要求品牌角色為 administrator或者right owner？
我改過(guò)一次角色，改成了right owner但是沒(méi)什么用，客服仍舊說(shuō)無(wú)法開(kāi)通， 改了角色之后之前本來(lái)開(kāi)好的store功能也沒(méi)了
