急!貨件追蹤號(hào)顯示7月2號(hào)接收,但是后臺(tái)貨件到7月18日還是未接收的狀態(tài)。有遇到相同情況的賣家嘛?如何解決的呢?謝謝
今天下午貨件顯示正在接收了,感謝大家的耐心解答!
?在六月初的時(shí)候,我發(fā)了一批超大尺寸的貨到亞馬遜XIX2倉(cāng)庫(kù),貨件追蹤碼顯示在7月2號(hào)就已經(jīng)送達(dá)倉(cāng)庫(kù)了,并且簽收了。但是到今天貨件還沒有顯示接收,仍舊是已發(fā)貨的狀態(tài)。開case給客服要求開啟調(diào)查,客服回復(fù)還沒有資格調(diào)查,回復(fù)如下:
Your shipment is not yet eligible for reconciliation. Please refer to the target date in the reconcile section of your Shipment Summary for when your shipment will be eligible. Waiting until that date helps ensure that the products in your shipment have had sufficient time to reach the appropriate fulfillment centers, including your products that need to be reshipped to other locations in order to be closer to customers.
