Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
This is to inform you that we have moved your inventory to reserved status for the ASIN : xxxxxxx; as we have identified product damaged? issues based on the following customer comments:
Box damaged
Box was lot crushed in corner
Large box broken.
Boxes are crushed and damaged

The inventory will remain in reserved status until this issue is resolved.
As this a repeated occurrence that the ASIN has had a customer feedback issue, please create and submit a plan of action documenting the following information:
For each type of customer reported damage issue
1) Describe the reported damage issue
2) Identify the root cause for that damage issue
3) Explain how you plan to improve your packaging to address that root cause
4) A confirmation whether the units in your inventory are free from the above-mentioned defect, and A confirmation that your inventory stored in our fulfillment centers has the same updates as stated in your POA.

To send us your POA and confirmation of inventory, please reply to this case within Seller Central. If we approve your plan of action, we will move inventory to Sellable immediately.
This case will remain open for 48 hours while we await your response.
我們的情況:
1.這個(gè)ASIN銷(xiāo)售了兩三年了,評(píng)分4.7左右,產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有什么大問(wèn)題,平時(shí)偶爾有破損,退貨率1.2%左右。
2.買(mǎi)家績(jī)效那里沒(méi)有標(biāo)紅,也沒(méi)有任何投訴,找人查了下,讓重點(diǎn)關(guān)注其中一個(gè)訂單,那訂單沒(méi)有任何差評(píng),也沒(méi)有聯(lián)系過(guò)我。我聯(lián)系了那個(gè)訂單的客戶(hù),客戶(hù)回復(fù)說(shuō):I don't want a refund or replacement. Just let USPS know to deliver to the correct address!!! They delivered it to the wrong house. It rained on the product for 3 days. happy with your product, not with the delivery people.并且附帶了幾張破損和淋雨的圖片。

對(duì)這封郵件的疑惑?
第一:我對(duì)郵件要求我們做的進(jìn)行了解讀,1) Describe the reported damage issue我認(rèn)為意思是:讓我一個(gè)個(gè)描述上面customer comments 里面提到問(wèn)題,是嗎?;
第二:2) Identify the root cause for that damage issue這個(gè)意思是讓我證實(shí)并說(shuō)明damage這個(gè)問(wèn)題的根本原因嗎?目前最模糊最費(fèi)解的原因是第4點(diǎn),
第三:4) A confirmation whether the units in your inventory are free from the above-mentioned defect, and A confirmation that your inventory stored in our fulfillment centers has the same updates as stated in your POA.亞馬遜要我們確認(rèn)在FBA倉(cāng)庫(kù)里的貨物沒(méi)有這些問(wèn)題,并且確認(rèn)在途的的貨跟我POA計(jì)劃的一樣已經(jīng)改善了這個(gè)問(wèn)題了?這個(gè)問(wèn)題剛剛才發(fā)現(xiàn),庫(kù)存和在途改善想改善基本不可能啊。
