買家退貨評(píng)論過多導(dǎo)致下架是什么情況,怎么看比例呢?怎樣才算是退貨評(píng)論多要把我下架呢?基于什么比率,或者是我被搞了

有大佬可以幫幫我嗎?而且那個(gè)case是屬于不能回復(fù)的那種,就算我回復(fù)了case,他也不會(huì)鳥我的,之前被抓一次,但是第二天就正常了,這次的周四封的,現(xiàn)在周一了,還沒還給我。

1.高于行業(yè)平均太多(基本排除,1,1%應(yīng)該在大部分類目都很低),不滿意率多少被下架不是一個(gè)具體的數(shù)值,和行業(yè)產(chǎn)品特性有關(guān),和同行的他們的數(shù)據(jù)有關(guān),是個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的值。
2.當(dāng)你的不滿意反饋,同一個(gè)問題比例較高,很容易下架,比如25個(gè)退貨,有15個(gè)人選了顏色不對(duì),那就是60%了,亞馬遜肯定會(huì)懷疑你顏色有問題的(可以看一下是不是這個(gè)問題)
