我的產(chǎn)品周四的時(shí)候被亞馬遜發(fā)郵件通知說(shuō)被下架了，因?yàn)橘I(mǎi)家退貨評(píng)論多，要進(jìn)行庫(kù)存調(diào)查，可是我的產(chǎn)品在買(mǎi)家之聲中看到的買(mǎi)家不滿意率就1.1%，訂單2200，退貨數(shù)量差不多是25單，我看了退貨評(píng)論數(shù)量是16個(gè)，那到底他怎樣才算是退貨評(píng)論多要把我下架呢？基于什么比率，或者是我被搞了？

有大佬可以幫幫我嗎？而且那個(gè)case是屬于不能回復(fù)的那種，就算我回復(fù)了case，他也不會(huì)鳥(niǎo)我的，之前被抓一次，但是第二天就正常了，這次的周四封的，現(xiàn)在周一了，還沒(méi)還給我。

關(guān)于為什么“不滿意率就1.1%”就被下架了
1.高于行業(yè)平均太多（基本排除，1,1%應(yīng)該在大部分類(lèi)目都很低），不滿意率多少被下架不是一個(gè)具體的數(shù)值，和行業(yè)產(chǎn)品特性有關(guān)，和同行的他們的數(shù)據(jù)有關(guān)，是個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的值。
2.當(dāng)你的不滿意反饋，同一個(gè)問(wèn)題比例較高，很容易下架，比如25個(gè)退貨，有15個(gè)人選了顏色不對(duì)，那就是60%了，亞馬遜肯定會(huì)懷疑你顏色有問(wèn)題的（可以看一下是不是這個(gè)問(wèn)題）
