以前遇到這類ASIN –BXXXXXX? ?Investigation都是產(chǎn)品正常售賣,庫存在售狀態(tài)并且不下架。亞馬遜庫存調(diào)查個幾天,然后就case結(jié)束。

之前都是調(diào)查一波就能恢復(fù),但是這次什么情況?亞馬遜改了處理方式了?

2.這次我是否需要修改尺寸表中對應(yīng)信息?(尺寸表中的尺寸數(shù)據(jù)沒有問題的)如果要改尺寸信息,我是通過買家之聲中-查看詳情-解決問題中修改哪幾項?“編輯商品信息”直接改個圖片完事了還是“更新您商品的尺碼表信息。”?

3.如果修改了listing尺寸信息,我需要怎么回復(fù)case”ASIN –BXXXXXX? ?Investigation“?有沒有什么POA模板參考下?

2、不用修改任何尺寸數(shù)據(jù)。直接把尺碼圖上傳回復(fù)對應(yīng)的case,并說明是這個asin的尺碼表就好了。
