VC賬號(hào)收不到PO,BTR也失??;請(qǐng)問這是為什么會(huì)這樣呢?這個(gè)賬號(hào)目前沒有VM,我們要怎么操作才能恢復(fù)訂單呢?

至于恢復(fù)PO的方法可參考:
1.填好一個(gè)pallet ordering template
2.開case讓客服創(chuàng)建一個(gè)pallet ordering的Vendor code
3.等客服創(chuàng)建好了新code,就可以把產(chǎn)品上架到這個(gè)新code,后續(xù)亞馬遜會(huì)把PO下到這個(gè)新code,原來的舊code是不會(huì)下PO的,因?yàn)楣δ鼙魂P(guān)
