違規(guī)發(fā)布商品-業(yè)績通知要求更改屬性值，更改后一直申訴不通過

收到業(yè)績通知，要求更改屬性值color 和size，更正后申訴不過。
具體的情況是color 上為了能夠排序這個顏色的產(chǎn)品，我在最前面加了一個符號*，這樣產(chǎn)品就能夠顯示在最前面。但是警告了，附圖1中，要求更改color 和size。其他的內(nèi)容是正確的。
我把color更改去掉了*，保留顏色但是進行申訴又不過，要求提供
