商品圖片上有品牌元素被投訴商標侵權：現(xiàn)在ASIN已經(jīng)下架，沒有編輯權，求問大佬這種能申訴回來了么？如果鏈接不要，承認侵權是否有封號的危險？

商品圖片上有品牌元素被投訴商標侵權，就是有一部分是投訴方商標的圖案，但是不是完整的，現(xiàn)在ASIN已經(jīng)下架，沒有編輯權，求問大佬這種能申訴回來了么？如果鏈接不要，承認侵權是否有封號的危險。。。

一次投訴不至于封號，但會留下績效記錄。
另外你說沒有編輯權，你有沒有試過用模板改一下listing，圖片也可以用模板改，給圖片做個鏈接放到表格里。改成功后再找客服幫忙檢查一遍，確定沒有侵權了再去找亞馬遜申訴（跟品牌主協(xié)商無效之后再去試）。
