最近有通過(guò)新品牌備案的嗎？

今年4月份的時(shí)候我的店收到一封需要重新品牌備案的郵件，我們的品牌是2014年備案過(guò)的，說(shuō)需要更新，然后我就去提交資料了。結(jié)果到現(xiàn)在6月份了，經(jīng)歷了兩個(gè)多月，品牌備案還沒(méi)成功，也沒(méi)告訴我哪里有錯(cuò)誤，每次開(kāi)case就說(shuō)交給相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)處理，正在處理中，請(qǐng)問(wèn)這種情況怎么處理呢？

以下是收到的郵件內(nèi)容：

Our records indicate that you are part of the old Amazon Brand Registry, but have not enrolled your brand in the new Amazon Brand Registry launched last year.

We will be deprecating the old Brand Registry in the coming months and we encourage you to re-enroll your brand in the new Amazon Brand Registry to avoid any disruption in service.?

Currently, the new Amazon Brand Registry requires brands to have a registered trademark such as word mark or a design mark containing graphics and text that match your brand name.

To get started, please visit Amazon Brand Registry?and use your existing Seller Central username and password.? This is important as we want to make sure all your account information is carried over to the new Amazon Brand Registry. You’ll be asked to complete a new brand application for each eligible brand that you would like to enroll.

1、社區(qū)認(rèn)證答主免費(fèi)參與圍觀(guān)（限可公開(kāi)的付費(fèi)提問(wèn)），在帖主選擇中了答案后（即進(jìn)入公示期），才可以參與圍觀(guān)回帖并參與回帖交流互動(dòng)。即仍顯示為“到期時(shí)間……”的是尚未進(jìn)入公示期的，暫不能查看回帖內(nèi)容。

2、如果在懸賞結(jié)束后未及時(shí)看已圍觀(guān)的帖子內(nèi)容，可以通過(guò)社區(qū)用戶(hù)個(gè)人詳情頁(yè)列表中找到：點(diǎn)擊右上角“個(gè)人頭像”找到“圍觀(guān)記錄”，此處有所有圍觀(guān)帖列表，點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入后即可查看。

3、常規(guī)用戶(hù)參與圍觀(guān)的基準(zhǔn)費(fèi)用，與有償提問(wèn)的金額大小、圍觀(guān)的先后次序、圍觀(guān)的人數(shù)有關(guān)：
（1）提問(wèn)獎(jiǎng)金越高，則圍觀(guān)基準(zhǔn)費(fèi)用越高；
（2）例如圍觀(guān)人數(shù)每增加5人，則圍觀(guān)基準(zhǔn)費(fèi)用增加0.5元。即越早參與圍觀(guān)，為圍觀(guān)支付的費(fèi)用相對(duì)就越少。

4、圍觀(guān)費(fèi)用10%支付給發(fā)起提問(wèn)的帖主，40%納入提問(wèn)獎(jiǎng)金并由被選中答案的答主共同分配，剩余費(fèi)用納入平臺(tái)管理和維護(hù)費(fèi)用。

5、優(yōu)秀的提問(wèn)質(zhì)量可以吸引更多人參與圍觀(guān)，以共同分?jǐn)偢顿M(fèi)發(fā)帖的費(fèi)用支出。

6、私密懸賞帖（不公開(kāi)懸賞答案的）目前僅限帖主、參與回帖互動(dòng)的答主（在答案選擇期前回帖的）、高活躍度威望值用戶(hù)，在該帖進(jìn)入公示期后可以查看該帖下的所有回帖。最佳答案選擇期后參與回帖的無(wú)法查看該帖的所有回帖。私密懸賞帖結(jié)束30天以后，「知無(wú)不言」社區(qū)可以選擇合適的內(nèi)容通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)那肋M(jìn)行推送。
