我的店鋪暫時(shí)?還沒(méi)有品牌備案，用其他店鋪的有品牌備案的品牌去踢他，踢完后他申訴了，品牌店鋪后臺(tái)的提交記錄就變成“不接受了”。

有品牌很好解決，我們直接用品牌進(jìn)行投訴就行。
沒(méi)有品牌的情況下：有些服務(wù)商趕跟賣(mài)的方法可能會(huì)采用買(mǎi)空對(duì)方，常規(guī)手段是用自養(yǎng)號(hào)去把跟賣(mài)的庫(kù)存買(mǎi)空，讓這些訂單會(huì)變成Pending狀態(tài)，這種方法邏輯上是行得通的，但是亞馬遜會(huì)嚴(yán)打這種行為：
1.很多自養(yǎng)號(hào)都被亞馬遜識(shí)別標(biāo)記了，亞馬遜是要嚴(yán)查這些自養(yǎng)號(hào)的。
2.大量訂單長(zhǎng)時(shí)間pending就是不正常的，系統(tǒng)肯定會(huì)檢測(cè)到。
所以很大概率會(huì)被亞馬遜檢測(cè)到你是在買(mǎi)空對(duì)方，這種行為本就是不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，違反了《亞馬遜銷(xiāo)售政策和賣(mài)家行為準(zhǔn)則》，嚴(yán)重可能導(dǎo)致封號(hào)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
最好的做法是什么呢？我們可以以產(chǎn)品與描述、圖片不符來(lái)給賣(mài)家發(fā)警告信。先給跟賣(mài)的發(fā)警告信，如果發(fā)了幾次警告信之后還沒(méi)效果，我們就可以采取Test Buy. 以下是警告信模板，大家可以參考下：
Dear xxx seller
The official notice is being sent because you have recently been selling xx product(s) without proper authorization.
Please note that all xx products, including this particular item (ASIN: B0xxx), are sold exclusively under contract to select distributors.?
The product package have our logo and all photos that I have copyrights too.?
The product you sold is totally different with our listing description. Which could lead to Amazon Policy Warning against you or even Suspension of your seller account!
We request you to remove your listing from all our product pages on Amazon.com imeediately.?
