方法：
1、使用自己的賬號(hào)進(jìn)投訴界面
2、在投訴信息中正確填寫相應(yīng)內(nèi)容
1、由于是為外觀設(shè)計(jì)問題，因此需要選擇：專利問題
2、專利編號(hào)直接填寫專利證書上的注冊(cè)號(hào)：006012514-0001
3、其他信息部分說明對(duì)侵權(quán)請(qǐng)求下架對(duì)方產(chǎn)品，并提供相關(guān)理由及證據(jù)：

As obligee , ABC and the relevant company, we hereby request you to remove the listings of
the aforementioned four products, which fall into the scope of protection conferred by the
RCD No. 006012514-0001 owned by me and thus infringe the RCD.
