專利持有人是個人，怎樣投訴賣家外觀專利侵權(quán)？試過品牌備案哪里投訴，但是不行 ，偶爾會成功，導(dǎo)致投訴過多，現(xiàn)在被亞馬遜判斷惡意使用品牌濫用，品牌消失了。有遇到這種情況嗎？

方法：
1、使用自己的賬號進(jìn)投訴界面
2、在投訴信息中正確填寫相應(yīng)內(nèi)容
1、由于是為外觀設(shè)計問題，因此需要選擇：專利問題
2、專利編號直接填寫專利證書上的注冊號：006012514-0001
3、其他信息部分說明對侵權(quán)請求下架對方產(chǎn)品，并提供相關(guān)理由及證據(jù)：

As obligee , ABC and the relevant company, we hereby request you to remove the listings of
the aforementioned four products, which fall into the scope of protection conferred by the
RCD No. 006012514-0001 owned by me and thus infringe the RCD.

Owner:ABC Filing date/registration date: 14/01/2019 (earlier than the date first available on
