大家好呀，小弟是今年4月份接觸亞馬遜的小白。由于有個listing受到了商標侵權的投訴，我一搜是申請中的商標，現在應該是TM標，原因估計是我的標題和5點的關鍵字都帶有該商標。

這是第一次給我發(fā)的郵件

我是這樣操作的，由于這個品有16個SUK我先用表格把標題和5點的關鍵詞都改掉了，然后再申訴按鈕回復了下面的內容

我現在的想法是，可能因為我當時沒有直接刪除listing就直接用表格刷，導致沒有修改成功，還有殘留，我看了后臺編輯框是我修改后的內容，但是編輯框上面顯示的還是原來帶有侵權商標關鍵詞。所以我直接把listing刪除了，過12小時再用模板刷上去后，再點擊申訴，但是第二封郵件顯示我需要提供發(fā)票或訂單編號，這個比較疑惑是該提交些上面比較合適。

請各位大佬幫忙看看提提建議，有什么好的方法傳授下，十分感謝！

1. 建議你使用庫存加載工具刪除，等待24小時后再使用批量上傳模版更新

2. 使用批量上傳模版的時候，建議標題賣點搜索詞先都編寫最簡單的幾個單詞。

3.批量上傳后，開case聯系客戶讓他確認下剛才批量的上傳模版是否更新好，違規(guī)詞是否修改了

4. 確認更新好的之后，要寫行動計劃
?
一. 首先誠懇道歉，承認自己的鏈接里帶著些違規(guī)詞
?
二. 說明你采取的措施，比如刪除了鏈接的所有違規(guī)詞，檢查所有產品的鏈接是否有同類情況
?
三. 證明你的產品是不違規(guī)的。提供你后臺的訂單截圖及增值稅發(fā)票，最好能拍攝帶upc的產品實拍圖

四. 說明你未來要采取什么措施去預防此類事情
?
五. 最后再次道歉，希望要求亞馬遜再給一次機會。
