在美國注冊了品牌，同步了ASIN到英國站賣，沒想到品牌在英國被搶注，然后投訴我們的鏈接商標(biāo)侵權(quán)，現(xiàn)在被下架，有沒有優(yōu)秀的朋友幫忙支招呀

1.產(chǎn)品鏈接在美國站售賣已經(jīng)很久了，想到通過改成美國英國都注冊備案的其他品牌再去申訴，但是目前品牌很難改動，網(wǎng)上說的更改品牌的方法，刪除后重新用模板上傳，不斷開case, case的回復(fù)都是一樣的，改不了
2.發(fā)郵件嘗試聯(lián)系英國注冊了我們品牌的人撤訴，沒有回復(fù)
3. 后臺可以提交申訴，之前有在品牌網(wǎng)站授權(quán)給了英國賬號使用，嘗試了把美國的授權(quán)證明和品牌專利證書發(fā)過去申訴了一次，沒有通過，回復(fù)如下。這種是不是也是只有幾次申訴機(jī)會的呀？

建議注冊商標(biāo)的時候，考慮亞馬遜的主流市場，尤其是歐美同步注冊。我們遇到很多類似情況。一開始節(jié)約開銷，只是注冊美國，后來忘記了，等到要做歐洲站的時候，才想起來，然后發(fā)現(xiàn)被搶注了。品牌布局要提前一些。不要習(xí)慣了用的時候，再去做布局。在利潤增長的時候，可以開始布局。
