為什么有版權(quán)號(hào)+版權(quán)證書(shū)，但是投訴版權(quán)侵權(quán)不成功？？？沒(méi)有惡意舉報(bào)別人的意思，是有人盜用我的圖片，一模一樣的圖片，我們的圖片都是自己做的

投訴版權(quán)侵權(quán)不成功，有版權(quán)號(hào)+版權(quán)證書(shū)，產(chǎn)品圖案注冊(cè)了圖案版權(quán)，以防萬(wàn)一被人惡搞。投訴過(guò)成功一次是一個(gè)賣(mài)家完全復(fù)制我的圖片，這次就不能成功了，不知道為什么，有大佬解答嗎？？萬(wàn)分感謝（沒(méi)有惡意舉報(bào)別人的意思，是有人盜用我的圖片，一模一樣的圖片，我們的圖片都是自己做的。）
