美國站玩具類目CPC審核，提交了多次CPC郵件回復(fù)說認證通過但要去后臺合規(guī)性那再次提交CPC但是找不到要提交的地方， CASE提交多次未果，客服都是模板式的回答，其他人有遇到這樣的問題不？

但是按照回復(fù)過來的路徑點到performance里面的合規(guī)性里找不到要提交的地方，搜索ASIN也找不到， CASE提交多次未果，客服都是模板式的回答，其他人有遇到這樣的問題不？求大神幫忙看下怎么解決的？

In order to list the product on Amazon you must submit the documents requested. This product may be removed if the compliance documents are not received. How do I provide the requested documents?
?Vendors 1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates 2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents 3. Search for the affected ASIN and then; 4. Click Add to upload the documents for each product Sellers 1. In Seller Central, click the Performance menu, and choose Account Health; 2. Under Policy Compliance, click on Compliance Documentation Requests; 3. In the search results, click the Provide Documentation link next to the ASIN; 4. Follow the steps in the Submit required documents section to start the application process?
